Ravenscourt House has seven guest rooms, including six with en-suite showers and one with a private bathroom. Versatile bed configurations are available. Room 1 is a superior double or twin room with a super king-size bed, a sitting area, and an en-suite shower room, facing the tree-lined street. Room 2 features a king-size bed, a dressing table, and a mirror, with a private bathroom located 10 steps down the hall that includes a full bath and shower. Room 4 is a standard double with an en-suite shower and a dressing table. Room 5 has two adjoining rooms, one with a king-size bed and the other a sitting room, overlooking the garden. Room 6, on the ground floor, has an en-suite wet room and can be arranged as a twin or super king. Room 7 is a spacious room with a super king-size bed or two single beds and an en-suite shower room. Room 8 can be set up with one super king bed or three single beds and features an en-suite shower.

Ravenscourt features an onsite restaurant serving breakfast, afternoon teas, and Mediterranean evening meals. A recently opened conservatory restaurant offers a varied menu with fresh, locally sourced produce.

Guests can relax in two lounges and a bar serving fine malt whiskies and wines. The guest house is in the Cairngorms National Park, providing access to outdoor activities such as walking and cycling. Local Speyside distilleries are nearby, and guided whisky tours are available.
